I've been trying to get away from just posting links, without adding some value of my own to them. But I came across this on Truthout.org, and I don't think I can add anything to it. With regard to the difference between the public and private sectors in their respective ability to handle finances, and the ridiculous way in which we tilt the field toward the private sector, this speaks for itself. Read it, and see if you disagree.
